Reservation of Rights

1. Protected Content
All content appearing on or associated with this website, including music, sound recordings, compositions, audiovisual material, branding, text, images, metadata, digital assets, layouts, and business information, is protected under UK and international law.
2. No Implied Rights
No licence, consent, waiver, or permission is granted by website access, communication, submission, or the display of content, rights references, or business opportunities.
3. Submission Clause
Submission of any material, idea, project, or proposal does not create a partnership, representation agreement, licensing arrangement, management relationship, fiduciary duty, or any binding obligation on the Company unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
4. Licensing Authority
Only written agreements executed by duly authorized representatives of the Company create binding licensing, exploitation, or rights relationships.
5. AI, Scraping & Data Mining Prohibition
Unauthorized use of any content for scraping, extraction, indexing, text and data mining, AI training, machine learning, model development, automated reproduction, or related exploitation is strictly prohibited.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, takedown requests, suspension of communication, and cross-border enforcement where applicable.
7. Governing Law & Arbitration
This Reservation of Rights is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be addressed first through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, may be referred to binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with LCIA rules, subject to mandatory law.
