Anti-Fraud Policy

United Entertainment & Media Limited maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, deception, rights misrepresentation, impersonation, and unlawful business conduct.
1. Prohibited Activities
- impersonating rights-holders, creators, companies, or representatives
- submitting materials without authority
- misrepresenting chain of title, ownership, or licensing rights
- attempting to induce payments, deals, or exploitation through false pretences
2. Music-Specific Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor for false ownership claims, unauthorized catalogue submissions, infringing materials, and fraudulent licensing attempts. We may request proof of ownership, chain of title, or written authority at any stage.
3. Verification Rights
We reserve the right to verify identity, rights authority, business legitimacy, and submission authenticity before progressing communication, review, or commercial discussion.
4. Consequences
We may reject submissions, suspend communication, preserve technical records, notify affected parties, report suspicious conduct, and pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.
